Description
This role contributes to NFPA's Mission, Vision, and Strategic initiatives by playing a critical leadership role in safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization and supporting organizational decision-making through financial analysis and the proper execution of transactions. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of National Fire Protection Association's (NFPA) financial systems, safeguarding assets, ensuring accurate monthly financials and maintaining fiscal discipline in operating and capital spending across all departments. Provide accounting and financial systems support to all departments along with timely statutory financial reporting of the various audit requirements and preparation of the annual Form 990.
