Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Controller to join a high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS platform within our ecosystem. This role will oversee global accounting operations, manage complex multi-entity structures, and lead financial infrastructure scaling. The ideal candidate brings a blend of public-company rigor and hands-on execution inside fast-paced, venture-backed tech environments from Series B through scale-up growth.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Global Accounting Operations: Oversee and scale global accounting functions across multi-entity international structures, including the US, EMEA, and Asia.

Process Insourcing & Controls: Lead the transition of financial operations from third-party outsourced models to a highly efficient internal structure, building out robust internal control frameworks.

System Optimization: Manage and optimize the enterprise tech stack, ensuring seamless integration across ERP (NetSuite), payroll, procurement, billing, and treasury.

Financial Rigor: Drive exceptional efficiency in financial reporting, maintaining a rapid month-end close cycle (4-day standard) while maintaining public-company level compliance.

Qualifications
Experience: Extensive experience in venture-backed B2B SaaS or globally listed FinTech/payments platforms. Deep understanding of the operational pace from Seed/Series A through rapid expansion.

Credentials: Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or CPA equivalent.

Background: Prior background in Big 4 audit or specialized accounting advisory is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Proven track record leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations and managing modern financial tech stacks.
