Job Description
Well-established non-profit supporting adults with disabilities is seeking a Controller. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Company offers medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flex spending, tuition assistance, 403B, retirement, and PTO. The Controller reports directly to the CFO. The position has 3 direct reports: Asst. Director of Finance, Asst. Controller, and Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities:
The Controller is responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions in a professional and confidential manner.
The Controller oversees the Finance Department and associated functions including but not limited to:
Cost and general accounting
Accounts receivable/collection
Payroll and risk management.
This position is a professional accounting position with responsibilities that are complex, confidential and essential to the financial integrity of the Agency.
