Role Overview

We are seeking a Controller to join a manufacturing-focused accounting team. This Controller will support core cost accounting activities, inventory oversight, and financial reporting responsibilities.

This Controller will partner closely with operations and leadership to help evaluate performance, maintain accurate financial records, and support decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costing and inventory valuation
• 
  
• Support analysis of margins, production costs, and operational performance
• 
  
• Oversee inventory reporting and related financial controls
• 
  
• Assist with month-end close activities and internal reporting requirements
• 
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial accuracy and process consistency
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
• 
  
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
•
