Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
3+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes.
Experience managing multi-division financial operations.
CPA and nonprofit/grant accounting experience preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Oversee accounting operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budget analyses.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, grants, audits, and tax filings.
Support multi-division financial operations and reporting.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and special financial projects.
Partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights.
