Controller
A leader in high-precision machining, specializing in CNC milling, EDM, and advanced grinding for turbine components has an opening for a Controller. In this role you will oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance, ensuring GAAP adherence, process improvements, and internal controls while driving financial strategy. Looking for a leader who likes to build, improve, and drive excellence. The company is very stable but this role requires the ability to drive change through personnel and policy/practices.
Finance & Compliance:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
- Maintain internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize financial systems, banking relationships, and tax reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years in finance, audit, and staff leadership.
- Manufacturing experience required (Aerospace preferred).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and system proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
