The Bonadio Group is seeking a Controller to work with the Outsource Accounting and Finance team. This position provides delivery of accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients in a variety of industries. ResponsibilitiesPerforming accounting services for clients inclusive of:Preparation of complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reportsAssist with establishing and maintaining standardize accounting procedures and processesProduce all relevant financial statement reports on monthly and annual basisPerform general accounting duties as needed, such as accounts payable functions, account reconciliations and work paper preparationAssist with onboarding new clientsProvide training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applicationsPrior accounting experience and ability to apply that experience to a wide range of client situationsAbility to motivate and manage staff in a pay-for-performance environment Ability to meet tight deadlines/time managementAbility to manage unexpected and sometimes urgent firm or client matters as they ariseExpertise using a range of technology solutions (software, peripherals, etc.)Project management skillsAchieve consistent and outstanding client satisfactionQualificationsRequired:A minimum bachelor''s degree in accounting or related disciplineA minimum of four years of related experienceTeam leadership experienceThe salary range for the role is $80,000 to $95,000 per year.Hours of Operation:Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through FridayOur summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on FridayWe pride ourselves on our flexibility; however, the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak timesAt The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
