Key Responsibilities

  • Transition all accounting and finance operations from outsourced to fully in-house

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profit center analysis

  • Build financial models and deliver insights to support executive decision-making

  • Implement ERP systems, automation, and scalable processes

  • Establish internal controls, policies, and operational best practices

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to guide growth strategy



Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience (Controller or equivalent)

  • Strong blend of accounting operations and FP&A expertise in a mid-sized/growth environment

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP/system implementation experience

  • CPA preferred; experience building processes in a scaling or multi-entity business
