Controller A growing organization is seeking a Controller to lead core accounting operations and partner with leadership on financial performance. This role reports directly to the CFO and offers strong visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement reporting
  • Oversee inventory accounting and ensure accuracy across operations
  • Maintain internal controls, compliance, and fraud prevention processes
  • Manage treasury activities (banking, wires/ACH, payment controls)
  • Supervise and develop accounting team members
  • Lead year-end audit and tax coordination with external partners
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for business units
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of GL, controls, and financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel and accounting systems proficiency
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and process improvement mindset
