Description

  • Oversee financial planning, policies, and accounting operations
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in accordance with GAAP
  • Prepare internal financial reporting and analyze budget vs. actual variances
  • Maintain complete and accurate financial records
  • Develop and maintain standard and manufacturing cost structures and estimates
  • Manage banking and financial institution relationships
  • Supervise accounting and payroll teams, assigning priorities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
  • Ensure effective coordination across accounting, payroll, and finance functions

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial management
  • Strong background in manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing
  • Experience in business consolidations
  • 5+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Experience working within an ERP system (Epicor Kinetic strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex financial data clearly to leadership
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization while managing multiple priorities
