Job Details

What You'll Own
Direct all aspects of the monthly financial close and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
Lead the accounting function across general ledger, reconciliations, cash management, payroll, and compliance activities.
Oversee customer invoicing, collections, and revenue operations while ensuring billing accuracy and an excellent customer experience.
Improve cash collection efforts by monitoring receivables, identifying trends, and implementing strategies that strengthen working capital.
Partner with commercial and operational teams to ensure customer contracts, pricing changes, and account activity are accurately reflected in financial systems.
Evaluate existing accounting workflows and implement automation and process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
Develop financial reporting and analysis that helps company leaders make informed business decisions.
Maintain strong internal controls and support ongoing compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and develop an established accounting team while creating opportunities for continued growth and accountability

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA designation is a plus.
Eight or more years of progressive accounting experience, including several years in a leadership capacity.
Strong background in accrual-based accounting and financial reporting under GAAP.
Proven success managing accounting teams and developing employees.
Extensive experience overseeing billing, accounts receivable, and revenue-related processes in a high-volume environment.
