PROJECTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all accounting operations including financial reporting, month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, and internal controls
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering with leadership to support operational growth
YOU HAVE
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 710+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Energy, oilfield services or related industry experience highly preferred
- Experience working with a PE backed organization
- Experience leading accounting teams and improving processes in a growing company
- Advanced Excel skills
