Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial operations for the organization
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes with precision
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions
• Manage and mentor a motivated accounting team
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Must have experience with Sage
• Construction industry accounting experience required
• Strong understanding of job costing, WIP reporting, and project accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven leadership and excellent communication abilities
