Duration: 3+ month contract with strong potential to convert

We are seeking a hands-on Controller to join a growing SaaS company. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience managing audits, cash management, and day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Lead the external audit process and maintain ongoing audit readiness
• \n
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and cash forecasting
• \n
• Oversee month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
• \n
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• \n
• Support process improvements and accounting operations during company growth
• \n
• Partner with Sales and Operations on deal desk activities and cross-functional initiatives
• \n

Qualifications

\n

• \n
• 7+ years of accounting and finance experience, including 3+ years as a Controller
• \n
• Proven experience managing external audits from planning through completion
• \n
• Strong cash management and cash forecasting experience
• \n
• SaaS or enterprise software industry experience preferred
• \n
• Knowledge of ASC 606, subscription revenue, deferred revenue, and SaaS metrics
