Client Advisory Services Manager

Location: San Antonio, Texas (Hybrid)

  • Base salary starting at $100,000+, plus discretionary bonus potential and long-term career growth
YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
 
  • Review financial statements, general ledger activity, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for multiple client entities to ensure accuracy and provide meaningful financial insight
  • Supervise and mentor a team consisting of one full-time Bookkeeper and one part-time Bookkeeper, providing guidance while remaining hands-on when needed
  • Meet directly with business owners and executive leadership to present financial results, answer questions, and recommend accounting and operational improvements
  • Coordinate tax planning and compliance efforts while partnering with internal tax professionals to identify opportunities for clients
YOU HAVE...
 
  • Active CPA license
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Accounting Manager, Controller, or CFO supporting private companies, family offices, or multiple entities
  • Strong background in public accounting, controllership, client advisory services, or outsourced accounting
  • Experience reviewing financial statements, overseeing month-end close, and providing strategic financial guidance
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
