Controller

Our client is a well-established commercial construction contractor recognized for delivering complex projects across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead full month-end close
• Review work prepared by an accountant
• Maintain general ledger and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage and track Work in Progress (WIP)

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Construction industry accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills (highly technical)
• Experience with Sage or a comparable ERP
• Strong financial reporting capability

Salary: $105,000 – $125,000
