Key Responsibilities

• Lead close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Manage consolidations, intercompany activity, and international reporting

• Maintain internal controls and support internal and external audits

• Develop financial models, KPIs, and Power BI reporting

• Lead and develop accounting staff while remaining hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience

• Controller, Assistant Controller, or comparable leadership experience

• Strong US GAAP, close, reporting, and intercompany-accounting knowledge

• CPA Preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated base salary: $100,000 to $150,000 annually
