WHAT YOULL DO
Oversee financial operations, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and internal controls to support organizational performance and compliance.
Monitor financial performance, project profitability, and key metrics while providing analysis and recommendations to improve operational and financial results.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, manage audits and tax preparation, and maintain effective financial policies and risk management practices.
Lead and support accounting and administrative functions by supervising daily operations, improving processes, and partnering with leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional accounting or finance certification preferred, with progressive financial management experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, job costing, and proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve processes, maintain accuracy, and ensure confidentiality.
Experience supporting financial operations in project-based or service-oriented environments, including payroll, internal controls, compliance, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position primarily requires sitting for extended periods while working at a computer, with frequent use of standard office equipment and occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to communicate effectively, analyze detailed financial information, and occasionally travel to company locations or attend meetings as needed.
