Key Responsibilities for the Controller:



  • Partner with executive leadership on forecasting revenue, margins, and financial performance

  • Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units and joint ventures

  • Manage cash flow, collections, and key financial health metrics (including DSO)

  • Oversee and develop a team of Project Accountants

  • Track financial performance of large-scale construction projects

  • Support annual business planning and drive finance-related initiatives


Qualifications for the Controller:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 5–12 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibilities

  • Strong Excel proficiency

  • Construction industry experience preferred
