Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings
- Maintain internal controls and compliance
- Supervise and mentor accounting personnel
- Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Extensive automotive dealership accounting experience
- Prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience preferred
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Experience with Tekion highly desirable
- Proven leadership abilities
