• Salary: $100,000 to $135,000

• Recent Investment: Significant site transition and continued investment into operations, including a recent facility move and ongoing growth
• Lead month‑end close for the Woodstock, IL operation, supporting a ~$20M P&L across two plants
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, including prepaids, fixed assets, and depreciation
• Oversee inventory accounting, including valuation, overhead rates, and variance analysis (FIFO environment)
• Support and review key inventory calculations such as excess & obsolete reserves, NRV, and capitalized variances
• Partner with operations and engineering to ensure accuracy in BOMs and production costing
• Perform financial analysis and prepare monthly reporting packages for senior leadership and plant management
• Provide clear insights into performance trends and recommend areas for operational and financial improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong background in manufacturing
• Hands‑on experience with inventory accounting, including overhead allocation and variance analysis
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable business insights
