What You'll Own & Impact

Be the financial voice at the plant level, partnering directly with operations and the Controller

Drive real cost savings initiatives that impact margins and decision-making

Own product costing and pricing support, influencing how products go to market

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis tied to operational performance

Analyze materials, labor, freight, and scrap to uncover opportunities

Support leadership with clear, actionable financial insights

What They're Looking For

3+ years in Finance / Controlling

Experience with product costing (manufacturing exposure is a plus)

SAP experience preferred

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence decisions
