Controls and Aftermarket Support Engineer

Our client is seeking a hybrid technical expert to provide hands-on electrical and controls troubleshooting for industrial CNC machine tools while driving aftermarket sales support and customer success.**BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. Experience in controls, specializing in Fanuc CNCs and ladder logic. Responsibilities

• Diagnose PLCs, PMCs, HMIs, motion control systems, Fanuc CNC controls, VB.net/VB6 software, and motor/spindle drives.
• Perform ball screw parameter tuning, tool changer adjustments, and safety system/sensor maintenance.
• Build and configure replacement control PCs for field applications.
• Deliver technical customer support, assist with customer orders, and utilize CRM tools to support aftermarket sales.
• Read technical schematics, train internal team members, and ensure safe, timely project execution.
