As a Controls Engineer, you will work closely with a team of engineers to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of automated systems and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Your duties will include improving cycle times and eliminating waste in production processes. Devise efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information and energy. Assist in the development of machine specifications, perform integration, start up and debugging of new plant floor equipment. Support the line to ensure optimal performance and train assembly employees on new processes. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting and maintaining control systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. The role requires PLC programming experience with Allen Bradley, RSLogix or Siemens SL series.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for engineering and automation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with hands-on experience in control systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are key qualities we are seeking in an ideal candidate.
