Travel Required to Locations:Warren, MI & Toledo, OH
Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience with ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) is required.
Strong experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting, specifically with:
Allen-Bradley
Siemens
Experience in installation, commissioning, startup, and debugging of automation systems.
Ability and willingness to travel between Warren, MI and Toledo, OH as project needs require.
Prior experience supporting automotive manufacturing environments is preferred.
General Motors (GM) project or plant experience is a strong plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
Install and commission automated material handling and ASRS systems.
Perform system startup, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.
Support PLC controls integration using Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms.
Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Travel to customer sites in Michigan and Ohio for implementation and support activities.
