Description

SAIC is seeking a top-notch Controls Engineers to join our talented team in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph OR the interest and ability to obtain one.

This position is responsible for strategic and tactical oversight, planning, and execution of the Enterprise ICS Program for an Intelligence Community client. The focus of this position is on operational technology (OT) but experience and expertise with information technology (IT) systems is required.

In this role you will support development and implementation of the ICS strategy; conduct end-to-end project management functions of the upgrade, extension, and recapitalization of the ICS network; and participate in long-term planning.

Responsibilities include:
  • Reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple seniority levels.
  • Articulate technical ICS concepts to audiences at different knowledge levels.
  • Review 3rd party assessments and work products.
  • Create reports and presentations on ICS projects and strategy.
  • Maintain and report on project management data.
  • Ensure OT assets and interests work in concert with the IT systems and components.
  • Develop and maintain the ICS specifications.

Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph; ship required by Federal Law.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of demonstrated experience in engineering or related field.
  • Additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of OT systems and ensuring they are secure.
  • Demonstrated experience with IT systems and how they support OT systems.
  • Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates.
  • Demonstrated briefing experience.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Familiarity with the client.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
