Controls Engineer

Controls Engineer<\/b> to design, develop, implement, and support industrial control panels and control systems<\/b> used in fuel management applications<\/b>. The ideal candidate will have experience in Industrial Control Panel Standards Compliance<\/b>, electrical control panel design.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

·   <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Building out control panels and systems, within process fluid management, pumps, motors, and valves<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Program PLCs for OEM equipment.
  <\/li>
• Develop and execute test methods for hardware and software validation.
  <\/li>
• Prepare electrical load calculations, select equipment, and create panel layouts.
  <\/li>
• Assist production with training and AutoCAD Electrical production drawings.
  <\/li>
• Create and manage CAD packages, drawings, diagrams, bills of materials, and system manuals.
  <\/li>
• Provide technical support across functions, including project management, marketing, manufacturing, and sales.
  <\/li>
• Propose cost reductions and product improvements to enhance overall value.
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Required Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical<\/b> and PLC programming<\/b> (ladder logic, function block).
    <\/li>
  • Experience producing reports, technical documentation, and system manuals.
    <\/li>
  • Understanding of manufacturing feasibility and DFM principles.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem -solving skills.
    <\/li>
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
    <\/li><\/ul>
