Controls Engineer to design, develop, implement, and
support industrial control panels and control systems used in fuel
management applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Industrial
Control Panel Standards Compliance, electrical control panel design.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Building
out control panels and systems, within process fluid management, pumps, motors,
and valves
Program
PLCs for OEM equipment.
Develop
and execute test methods for hardware and software validation.
Prepare
electrical load calculations, select equipment, and create panel layouts.
Assist
production with training and AutoCAD Electrical production drawings.
Create
and manage CAD packages, drawings, diagrams, bills of materials, and
system manuals.
Provide
technical support across functions, including project management,
marketing, manufacturing, and sales.
Propose
cost reductions and product improvements to enhance overall value.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
Proficiency
in AutoCAD Electrical and PLC programming (ladder logic,
function block).
Experience
producing reports, technical documentation, and system manuals.
Understanding
of manufacturing feasibility and DFM principles.
Excellent
analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability
to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
