Job Description:
Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled automated manufacturing equipment.
Work with Allen-Bradley PLCs, FactoryTalk HMI, robotics, vision systems, and servo motion.
Support automation upgrades, equipment commissioning, FAT/SAT, and validation.
Perform troubleshooting, RCA, and OEE improvements.
Develop electrical schematics, software backups, and technical documentation.
Support automated assembly and packaging equipment in a medical-device environment.
Requirements:
4+ years of Controls/Automation Engineering experience.
Strong Allen-Bradley GuardLogix, ControlLogix, and CompactLogix experience.
FactoryTalk View HMI experience.
Cognex/Keyence vision, robotics, and servo motion experience.
Experience with FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Electromechanical Engineering.
Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
