Description
Controls Engineer - Robotics Commissioning
We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support the deployment and commissioning of robotic and automation systems. The successful candidate will assist with equipment startup, system validation, issue resolution, and operational testing.
Responsibilities:
Execute commissioning plans and startup procedures for robotic equipment
Conduct system acceptance testing and functional verification
Troubleshoot controls and robotics issues during installation and startup
Work with project teams to resolve deficiencies and optimize system performance
Review commissioning documentation and test records
Support equipment handoff and operational readiness activities
Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Experience supporting automation, controls, robotics, or commissioning projects
Knowledge of industrial equipment, sensors, motors, and control systems
Strong communication and technical troubleshooting skills
Willingness to travel and support field-based projects
