  • Assist with weekly maintenance scheduling in partnership with maintenance leadership and operations.
  • Provide detailed notes on corrective work orders, including parts, materials, and repair requirements.
  • Participate in predictive maintenance activities, including vibration analysis, infrared scans, oil analysis, and related reliability efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to complete maintenance work during planned downtime to minimize production disruption.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance tasks, repairs, equipment adjustments, and hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Support plant uptime, equipment reliability, safety, quality, and maintenance execution.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, vendors, and leadership to resolve issues and support plant goals.
  • Help train team members and support project execution when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Multi-craft maintenance ability across electrical, mechanical, controls, and equipment repair.
  • Ability to work hands-on in a high-speed production environment.
  • Experience using a CMMS to manage maintenance work orders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to work a 2x2x3 night shift schedule from 5:30pm-6:00am.
  • Ability to work in a food or beverage manufacturing environment with required safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Food, beverage, dairy, CPG, or regulated manufacturing experience.
  • High-speed filling, packaging, UP, UHT, or process equipment experience.
  • Military electronics technician experience.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, infrared scanning, or oil analysis.
  • Experience training other technicians or supporting team development.
  • Experience leading maintenance projects or supporting project execution.
  • Experience working with vendors and vendor relationships.
  • Strong fabrication, welding, or equipment modification experience.

Work Environment
