Up to $135,000 Base Salary + Bonus + BenefitsPrimarily in-office with only occasional travel (a few trips per year)About the Opportunity:We're partnering with a growing manufacturer of industrial packaging machinery seeking a Controls Engineer to support controls design, PLC programming, machine commissioning, and automation projects across both new and existing equipment.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer who enjoyworking directly with machinery, solving complex technical challenges, and seeing projects through from design to startup.What You'll DoDesign and develop control systems for industrial machineryProgram and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, drives, and automation equipmentSupport machine startup, commissioning, FAT, and SAT activitiesDiagnose and resolve controls, electrical, software, and networking issuesCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customersCreate and maintain electrical schematics and technical documentationSupport upgrades and modernization of legacy equipmentIntegrate sensors, actuators, drives, and safety systemsSome hands‑on Siemens experience is required; however, candidates do not need to be Siemens experts.
