Position Details:

• Title: Project Manager – BAS Controls
• Location: San Diego, CA
• Salary: $100,000–$120,000 DOE + Bonus (typically $10,000–$15,000)
• Status: Full-Time | 50% Field / 50% Office or Remote

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–15+ years of experience managing Building Automation or DDC-based projects
• Strong grasp of controls system requirements, sequencing, and installation workflows
• PMP certification preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project scope, schedules, and deliverables for multiple BAS installations
• Manage subcontractors, manpower allocation, and daily field coordination
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, billing support, and change order processes
• Work closely with engineering teams, operations, superintendents, and union foremen
• Provide on-site field oversight when required (local travel within the metro area)
