Job Details
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair DDC control systems associated with HVAC equipment (VAV boxes, air handling units, pumps, and related control devices)
Respond to service calls for both contracted service customers and installed-project clients
Identify control-related issues involving sensors, controllers, actuators, networks, and programming logic
Navigate and support systems using the Niagara Framework (N4)
Perform point-to-point verification, controller replacement, and minor programming modifications
Identify additional service opportunities and communicate recommendations to customers and internal teams
Accurately document all service activities and resolutions
Support long-term system reliability and overall customer satisfaction
