We are looking for a technical specialist within building automation controls to join a growing branch of a premier, established HVAC controls and energy services group. Here, you will play a crucial role in the field implementation of controls systems for a major projects in the Seattle area. What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience within the HVAC Controls/BAS Industry. Niagara environment and proprietary systems experience (ALC, Alerton, Siemens, JCI, etc.) are both valued.
• Well rounded system experience on large, technically complex facilities
• Opportunity to use your knowledge on both construction (start-up) and service projects
• Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, AHU’s, VAV’s, boilers, chillers etc.
• BACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experience
• Polished professional – someone that loves the technology and works to hone their craft.
• Motivated team player with customer focused attitude.
• Strong computer technology skills including Networking, Database, Security, and Microsoft platform experience.
• Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Looking for a well-trained specialist.
