Controls Service Technician – Philadelphia, PA – $31–$48/hr + Company Vehicle + 3 Weeks PTO

Position Details:
Title: Controls Service Technician
Location: Philadelphia, PA (travel within metro & regional markets)
Status: Full-Time | Field-Based | Non-Union
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining BAS systems
Comfortable performing commissioning, point-to-point checkout, and revising sequences
Skilled in preventative maintenance, system diagnostics, and controls repairs
Familiar with platforms such as Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or Tridium
Strong communication abilities and collaborative team mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair issues on existing Building Automation Systems
Commission new installations and retrofit control systems according to specifications
Modify, optimize, or rewrite BAS control sequences as needed
Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations
Identify hardware issues and apply necessary firmware or software updates
Work cross-functionally with the controls team to meet service and project goals
Deliver responsive, customer-focused service to end users and facility teams

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $31.00 – $48.00/hr (DOE)
Overtime: Common during summer season
