Controls Technician / PLC Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to support the installation, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems within a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role combining electrical, mechanical, and PLC expertise to ensure reliable equipment operation and drive automation initiatives across the plant.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the floor, solving real-time issues, and building/optimizing automated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in controls, automation, electrical, or system maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of PLC systems, especially:
Allen-Bradley
Omron
Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and automation systems
Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
Basic set of personal hand tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
