Controls Technician

EY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):Production Quality Control Perform first-off inspections in all areasPerform inspections for all components shipping to Customers Perform production audits as neededPerform daily dock auditsImmediately alert any product issues to managementTake part measurements using various hand toolsPerform Smoke Time testingQuality AssuranceAssist with ISO and IATF compliancePerform needed Quality Management Program auditsAssist with PPAPsAssist with creation/update of work instructionsVerify correct tools/bits/routers/etc. being used for partsCreate/track calibrations for all toolsMonitor Inventory LevelsEnsure shipping labels match inventory on skidPerform periodic inventory audits/inspectionsProduction SupportProvide back-up support for various production roles, when needed.Maintain forklift certificationSupport plant safety initiative & maintain safety protocols within all areas of productionReport any and all issues to a member of managementAbide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the RMCAT Employee Handbook
