As Convention Services Manager, you will play a critical role in bringing meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events to life. You'll work closely with clients and hotel leadership to create memorable experiences while driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction. What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel convention services, catering, event management, or a related hospitality field.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, event logistics, and banquet procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with event management systems (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, Amadeus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
