Job DescriptionAs a Converged Digital Sales Planner, you will be responsible for developing linear and digital media plans while supporting the sales team in managing day-to-day agency and client relationships. You will help drive sales processes that align with company revenue goals.Here you can be a part of NBCUniversal's highly motivated Digital Ad Sales team, where strong account management, relationship building, and a focus on customer satisfaction are essential to success.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeam up with Account Directors to understand agency/client goals and objectives and brainstorm solutionsAccountable for campaign results and providing clients with strategic and tactical guidance to achieve marketing objectivesCombine data analytics and client feedback to configure, operate, and optimize campaigns to meet client objectivesWork with all internal departments (Ad Ops, Marketing, Research, Management, Planning, Inventory, Sales, etc.) on the development and implementation of client campaignsCreate media plans that meet customer needs and maximize revenue for NBCUniversalWork closely with Planning Manager to tactically drive company-wide goals and improve operational sales processManage client relationships and deliver superior customer serviceLiaise with Ad Ops to ensure campaigns go live as expectedCommunicate with internal teams across planning, inventory, DBSs, ASRs, and Ad Ops to ensure campaign performance and help coordinate any needed escalations or resolutions with sales/clientEnsure post-campaign research studies are properly coordinated, where applicableDeliver campaign recap to ADs and/or clients summarizing performanceCoordinate with Account Directors on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insightsQualificationsFour year degree (B.A., B.S) or equivalent experience1+ years of experience in linear and/or digital media planning or client service role2+ years of project media related projectsDesired CharacteristicsDemonstrates project management skillsDigital & Linear media Industry experience preferredWell-organized and attention to detailSolid computer skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAd Serving software and tracking knowledge is a plusStrong analytical and creative skillsAbility to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environmentHigh energy and teamwork mentalityAdditional RequirementsHybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
