Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Conversational AI & Agentic Depth: Production-grade experience building voice/agentic systems using Google Enterprise CX tools (Dialogflow CX, CX Agent Studio, SCRAPI, Agent Assist, CCaaS).
Technical Vetting: Formally assessed engineers (e.g., Google AI/FDE Bootcamp certified or internal rigorous engineering benchmark scores above 80%).
Telecom Architecture Expertise: Proven fluency integrating telecom APIs, user authentication (UA), and enterprise business architectures.
Autonomous Delivery & Mentorship: Senior talent capable of driving initiatives independently within high-impact delivery teams while upskilling client co-delivery counterparts.
