Join a top corrugated box producer in Hatboro, PA. We’re hiring a Converting Line Equipment Technician for 2nd or 3rd shift to keep our production floor running safely, accurately, and on time.

Your Impact

• Operate and oversee corrugated converting equipment to meet plan.
• Execute precise machine setups and changeovers for efficiency and quality.
• Perform routine checks and light maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Model safe work habits and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Partner with teammates to diagnose issues and improve throughput.
• Capture production metrics and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new operators on equipment and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with practical troubleshooting ability.
• Proven success in fast-paced production environments with firm deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality focus.
• Team-first communicator who collaborates well.
• Willing and able to work 2nd or 3rd shift and take overtime as needed.
