Join our production team as the go-to expert for configuring, fine-tuning, and maintaining converting and production machinery. You’ll own the startup, adjustment, and upkeep of complex equipment while safeguarding quality and safety on every run.

A day on the floor

Whether you’re starting at 6:00am or 6:00pm, your 12-hour rotating shift is all about precision and momentum. You’ll dial in machine settings for safe, efficient throughput, verify quality, troubleshoot issues on the fly, and keep clean, accurate records so the next run is even better.

What you’ll do

  • Configure and adjust converting/production equipment for optimal, safe performance.
  • Lead startups, make close-tolerance tweaks, and perform routine service to sustain uptime.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, basic electrical, and hydraulic problems.
  • Check product quality frequently to reduce waste and meet standards.
  • Execute preventive maintenance and complete minor repairs as needed.
  • Alert supervisors and teammates to any quality or safety concerns.
  • Document maintenance activities and production details accurately.
  • Maintain organized, clean machines and work areas (sweeping, scrap removal, etc.).
  • Help train operators and provide coverage when required.

What you bring

  • 1+ year in machine adjustment, mechanical maintenance, or similar production role.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Precision measurement skills with tape measure, dial caliper, and micrometer.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems (preferred).
  • Solid basic math and a sharp eye for detail.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Schedule & pay

  • Location: Marietta, GA
  • 1st shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm (Rotating Schedule) — $25.00/hour
  • 2nd shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am (Rotating Schedule) — $25.00/hour

Physical & environment

  • Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, bending, lifting, and twisting.
  • 12-hour rotating shifts in a manufacturing setting with warehouse temperatures.
  • Comfortable working around large machinery and moving equipment.
