Job Title: Converting Operator- Tier ThreeDepartment: ConvertingReports To: Converting SupervisorGENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBResponsible for safe & efficient operation of assigned converting machine(s), while ensuring productadheres to our quality policy. Provide necessary coverage when lead converting operator is out of office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrates Converting Operator- Tier 2 proficiencies to supervisor and lead.
• Ability to start and stop all machines.
• Has sufficiently completed all QT9 training.
• Ability and willingness to carry out lead operator responsibilities when necessary.QUALIFICATIONS
• Less than 3 attendance points.
• Disciplinary action severity will be evaluated during mid-year or year-end reviews. Misconductcan affect advancement opportunities.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing work experience.
