Converting Operator

Now hiring a Converting Operator to operate high-speed bag machines producing flexible packaging.

• Set up, run, and monitor machines, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Perform troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and housekeeping
• Track production, scrap, and efficiency data accurately
• Coordinate with team members to maximize uptime and maintain smooth operations during shift changes
• Adjust settings to meet standards, maintain speeds, and ensure product quality
•

• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy

  Physical requirements include:
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Standing for 12-hour shifts, bending, reaching, and distinguishing colors for print quality
