Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Conveyor Belt Service Technician based in Portland, ME. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing conveyor belt systems, troubleshooting issues on-site, and providing exceptional field service. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and responding to service calls promptly. The role will require hands-on work with industrial equipment and collaboration with a skilled team to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment, including conveyor belt systems
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues
• Experience in Field Service, including the ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, work with tools, and adhere to a safety-first approach
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems; additional training can be provided
• Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation
