Schedule: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring 2 Conveyor Maintenance Technicians to support operations at the Hobby Lobby warehouse in Oklahoma City.We are hiring 1 technician for 1st Shift and 1 technician for 2nd Shift. Temporary employees will start at $20.00/hour on 1st Shift or $20.50/hour on 2nd Shift, with the opportunity for increased pay when hired on permanently.This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing conveyor systems to help keep warehouse operations running efficiently.Key Responsibilities· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in conveyor systems
· Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reduce downtime
· Assist with installation of new conveyor systems and upgrades to existing equipment
· Follow all safety regulations and procedures while working with machinery
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspectionsRequired Skills & Experience· Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Ability to use a computer for documentation and system access
· Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment and work on your feet in a warehouse environment
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
· 1–2 years of relevant maintenance or mechanical experience preferredDesired Qualifications· Forklift certification preferred
· Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced maintenance team
· Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solvingAdditional Information· 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM – $20.00/hour as a temp
· 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM – $20.50/hour as a temp
· Pay increases when hired on permanently
· Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity
