As COO, you will oversee the company's operating model and help ensure that strategic priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.
You will work across functions to improve execution, establish clear accountability, optimize resources, and create the organizational infrastructure required for sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate brings substantial executive leadership experience and a strong understanding of modern technology organizations, including SaaS, cloud platforms, AI-enabled products, automation, and data-driven operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO to develop and execute strategic and annual operating plans.
Own day-to-day business operations and establish scalable operating processes.
Drive execution across product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
Establish company-wide KPIs, OKRs, operating metrics, and performance-management systems.
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and operational performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Lead organizational scaling, process optimization, and operational transformation.
Partner with technology and product leadership to align technology investments with business priorities.
Evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and technology-enabled operational improvements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, investors, and other strategic stakeholders.
Support executive leadership and board-level planning and reporting.
Identify operational risks and establish appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
Recruit, develop, and mentor senior leaders and high-performing teams.
Establish operating rhythms that enable fast, informed, and accountable decision-making.
Significant progressive experience in executive leadership, operations, business strategy, general management, or a related field.
Previous experience as a COO, President, General Manager, VP Operations, or comparable executive leader.
Demonstrated experience scaling operations, teams, and business processes.
Strong understanding of technology-enabled businesses and modern software organizations.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, marketing, finance, and customer-success teams.
Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and resource allocation.
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
Ability to work effectively with founders, CEOs, executive teams, customers, investors, and strategic partners.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred.
Technology, SaaS, AI/ML, cloud, enterprise software, or digital-product organizations.

During the first 12 months, the COO will establish a scalable operating framework, strengthen cross-functional execution, improve organizational accountability, implement meaningful performance metrics, optimize resource allocation, and help position Nexorynt for sustainable growth.

This is a fully remote position within the United States. The COO will collaborate with distributed teams and participate in executive meetings across relevant U.S. time zones.
