Schedule: Monday- Thursday 11AM-7PM

· Direct and coordinate daily ERC operations, schedules, participant flow, staffing assignments, activity planning, supervision, and program coverage.
· Provide operational oversight and coaching to assigned Community Support Associates, care advisors, interns, volunteers, and other program personnel.
· Ensure staff understand participant needs, assigned duties, professional boundaries, safety expectations, documentation requirements, and emergency procedures.
· Coordinate with the COO, Clinical Director, clinicians, case managers, and other OTS leaders regarding service delivery, program capacity, participant needs, and quality improvement.
· Maintain a structured, predictable, welcoming program environment that promotes accountability, emotional safety, positive youth development, and successful community participation.
· Monitor attendance, staffing sufficiency, participant engagement, activity completion, documentation timeliness, incidents, and other program performance indicators.

Direct Youth Support and Advocacy


· Serve as an advocate, support person, and point of coordination for assigned or referred youth participants and their families.
· Establish trusting, respectful, nonjudgmental relationships that promote engagement, healthy development, accountability, and constructive decision-making.
· Apply trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate approaches to support behavior change and emotional regulation.
· Assist youth in identifying strengths, setting achievable goals, resolving conflicts, practicing life skills, and reflecting on progress toward positive outcomes.
· Observe and respond to barriers affecting attendance, participation, family engagement, school involvement, community stability, and service coordination.
· Respect the participant's role in planning, choices, preferences, identity, cultural background, and personal goals to the greatest extent consistent with safety and program requirements.
