Cook 3 - Full Time
Goldfinch Tavern at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a line cook who shares our passion for food, cooking, and is willing to learn from and contribute to our culinary team. Our Line Cook will be a lead member of a dynamic culinary team providing culinary experiences to the guests of our award-winning hotel and amazing restaurant. This position reports to the restaurant sous chef. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

- Prep and maintain a hot line station in our busy restaurant
- Communicate professionally and courteously to FOH and peers
- Ability to learn new styles and techniques in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurants or catering
- Culinary education preferred
- Strong line skills needed
- Hard working and efficient with time
- An ability to handle multiple prep or cooking tasks simultaneously in the most efficient manner
