Schedule/Hours: 40 hours per week weekend duty will be required
This position is responsible for:
- Preparing, cooking, and serving nutritional meals and snacks
- Cleaning kitchen facilities, equipment, and appliances
- Keeping kitchen and dining area in neat and orderly manner
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleans kitchen equipment, utensils and keeps supplies in orderly manner
- Ensures proper amounts of food is prepared in a timely manner
- Serves food and beverages in presentable manner
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a normal kitchen environment where there may be limited physical discomforts associated with working around hot stoves/ovens or cold freezers.

- High School diploma or equivalent, and
- Three years' experience cooking food for large groups with some experience coordinating the work of other kitchen staff, or
- any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

- Food Manager Certification or have within 30days of hiring
- Valid State driver's license optional
